I should begin this by stating my intentions. Through MyBlogSpark, I am asked to review some popular products. Usually, these offers come with some free products, coupons, or a giveaway item to share with my readers.
That being said, my opinion of a product, favorable or not, can not be "bought". I personally try every product I review on my blog, and only share with you the products that I like, and products I think you would enjoy.

This week, I've been asked to review Pillsbury Sweet Moments Bite Size and Molten Lava Brownies.
I probably don't need to tell you that they only had to ask me ONCE to provide this review- any product involving chocolate gets an automatic pass to the front of the line.
Found these little gems in the refrigerator section at Target. Although they come in caramel flavor, I much prefer chocolate fudge, so I chose the molten lava brownies. They come in a convenient two-pack- one for me and one for you. Or one for now and one for later, if you're anything like me!!
These little morsels sat in my refrigerator for about three days, calling my name each time I opened the doors. "Eat meeeee....eat me-e-e-e-e....e-e-e-e-eat me-e-e-e-e!!!" I was waiting for the perfect opportunity- I was imagining a warm bubble bath, candlelight, decadent chocolates, and a handsome, shirtless man.....
But Tuesday morning found me and the youngest struggling with those early morning blahs after the long Labor Day weekend. With the "big kids" now back in school, this called for a special "Sydney and Mommy" week kick-off. What could be better than a "Sweet Moment" with my youngest over breakfast?
So, out of the fridge, off with the individual wrappers, and into the microwave. Fifteen seconds. That's all that stood between us and our "Sweet Moments".
Eating dessert for breakfast is probably not what I should be teaching to my daughter during her formative years. But I've completely justified this by deciding it's no different than eating some pastry or doughnut to start my day. Besides, a girl needs to splurge every once in awhile, right? Right? RIGHT?!?!
So there sat Sydney and I, digging our spoons into this decadent treat. The best bite? The very first one, of course! The chocolate molten lava filling was warmed to perfection. A fragile crust on the top, that gives with soft pressure from your spoon, into a yummy mess of melty, warm chocolate fudge and ooey, gooey brownie. Is there anything better than fudge-like brownies? I think not.
Every bite after the first was equally as delicious. Did you know they have special brownie pans that turn every piece into an edge piece? I'm not joking. And Pillsbury's Molten Lava Brownies achieve this feat to perfection. The edges of this brownie treat are chewy and yummy.
Indeed, my Sweet Moments dessert turned into a sweet moment between me and the little one. After a few minutes of happy eating, I glanced up at her chocolate-covered smile and realized that starting the week off with dessert for breakfast is not such a bad idea. Her smile turned the normal rush and hurry of the school week into a happy mother-daughter moment that brightened my day. In fact, we may start doing this a little more often!!
